Buffalo, our main office is location, situated at "the crossroads" of Texas located approximately half-way between Houston and Dallas on Interstate 45 and Highway 79. Buffalo is a community with much to offer.
Centerville is ideally located in the geographical center of Leon County where State Hwy 7 and 75 meet with I-45 bordering on the West. Whitney is located approximately 35 miles north of Waco, 70 miles southwest of Dallas Fort Worth and is home to one of the best recreational lakes in the State of Texas.
Itasca is just off of Interstate 35 West, located 58 miles southwest of Dallas, 42 miles south of Ft. Worth and 42 miles north of Waco. Itasca is in a briskly developing area of the state and is full of rich resources including its rural charm.
Hubbard is centrally located at the crossroads of State Hwy 31 and State Hwy 171 which is 28 miles east of Waco, 20 miles west of Corsicana, 23 miles south of Hillsboro and 23 miles north of Mexia. Hubbard is known for its antiques and beautiful old Victorian homes.
Teague is at the junction of U.S. Highway 84, State Highway 179, and Farm roads 80 and 145, nine miles southwest of Fairfield in western Freestone County. One of Teague’s finest qualities is its support and involvement with the youth and strong school system in the community.
Clifton is located in south-central Bosque County, is approximately 30 miles northwest of Waco and 80 miles southwest of Fort Worth, and has been named the Norwegian Capital of Texas.
Dawson is 21 miles southwest of Corsicana and 50 miles south of Dallas and a short distance from Hubbard in southwestern Navarro County. The town was named for Britton Dawson, a cattle rancher and participant in the battle of San Jacinto, who arrived in the area from Alabama in 1847. Dawson became a thriving town when the St. Louis Southwestern Railway built a narrow-gauge line from Corsicana to Waco making Dawson the supply and shipping center for local farmers who grew cotton and other crops. Dawson is still known for its agriculture and crops today.
Groesbeck is the county seat of Limestone County and is located centrally in the area between Houston, Austin and the Dallas/FT. Worth Metroplex. Groesbeck has built an economy long based on agriculture which has recently expanded to various mining enterprises and several small manufacturing industries. Because of its central location, Groesbeck offers all of the necessary amenities to a family while providing the security of a small town.
